Booking with economy booking was extremely simple. We received an audi a5 through Alamo and the car was in great condition. Alamo staff at MYR airport great to deal with and had the vehicle picked up in 5 minutes. Economy booking customer service also very quick to respond to my query about my voucher which I reviewed 72 hours before my trip.

Not sure what happened with pricing. We tried to choose no extras and we inadvertently signed up for a program to allow us to drop the rental. So we paid about $215 for what other companies were charging about $100.. I called your company and they offered no help to fix this. I’ll never rent from you again. You screwed us. A little customer service would have brought me back to you.
