I needed a vehicle large enough for 3 car seats, and that s exactly what I got. I booked a Toyota 4 runner, when I logged back in to ck my reservation it was changed to a Ford Edge. I called Avis and the agent was rude and said there are no guarantees on the vehicle type, but when I got to the counter to pickup my vehicle the agent was very nice and accommodating, she made sure I got the vehicle of choice as she was ending her shift, she met up with me in the garage and retrieved the keys so I wouldn t have to stand in another long line.
