I have always used E-Bookings since the start in 2022. Their site is great, economical and efficient when booking a car. I use Thrifty everytime I choose a car for their great customer service at the airports and the efficiency when receiving your car. Less than 10 mins from arrival you are driving away. The drop of is easy too and their feedback on your vehicle is quick.

Though it was a bit hard to find Fox Rentals at the Austin airport (it was WAY at the end of the line), the attendant was quick, efficient and kind. The car was ready and waiting even though we’d had to call to extend our pick up time due to flight delays. I was pleasantly surprised to find the upgrade at the same price. Drop off was even easier.
