The woman at the Hertz counter in Jackson was SO kind and friendly after a particularly grueling travel experience to get there. I was really not in a great "place" mood-wise. She was so empathetic and just a wonderful corporate representative. Trust me when I say MOST are NOT LIKE HER!!! Thank you!
