The staff were attentive and friendly. The first auto ( same make / model) had a flat tire which they discovered during inspection with me. So they provided us with another Tuscon ( newer unit) . I had mistakenly left my sweater in the back seat of the first suv , which I didn t discover until we were unpacking at our accommodation 300kms from Airport. I sent an email to the rental company. Received a reply the next day. The sweater was located and kept for me until the end of our trip in the Lakes District. I truly appreciated that.
