Nelson was incredibly efficient and helpful while getting me checked in. The airport pickup was seamless, and the car was a great value. I had no problems whatsoever, but they offer roadside assistance if anything does occur.

The van we ended up with was excellent to drive and for touring in Costa Rica. It helped to drive around some others friends we vacationed with. We tried to make the experience positive, fortunately we did not really need the vehicle that much do to our where we stayed, the city of Quepos was mostly walkable.

The gentleman that took care of us, REALLY took care of us. If we rent again from this company, it will be because of this one man. Truly, he was super amazing to work with. We were fortunate to leave the vehicle with this gentleman when we returned also. He explained things well, was super courteous, and exceptionally positive.
