Was all positive.This was my first experience of car hire so I was a bit apprehensive.Was made aware of previous damage to car which was only cosmetic.Car fuelled to the top so only had to refuel on return.Booked for Mondeo and was given a Skoda,and was so impressed I wanted to take it home.I would now have any worries about car hire.Thankyou for the experience
