It was easy to book online, pick up, and drop off. My gripe is the price. The website showed $31 and the final price was $72 but didn’t tell me why my final price was more than double the price of the car. that is my only gripe with this whole process. That is the reason for the low scores. Dealing with Dollar Rent-A-Car for the pick up and drop off went fine. The website said I was going to get a Chevy Spark, but when I went to pick it up, I got a mini Cooper

At the drop off location, we were promised to receive a day of free rental due to the empty car key battery (Aug 8, not yet received by Aug 13).
