At first, I wasn t sure of the type of service I was going to receive when I arrived to the location and doing everything myself. The gentleman I spoke with on the Virtual Monitor was very friendly and helpful. I like the application that was use to upload pictures of the vehicle prior and after returning it. In general, I liked the process.
