The service was great, we enjoyed this rental so much. we got the car much bigger then we booked, for someone that could be a problem. We loved the car, it was powerful it used diesel.

Wir haben ein 9 Monate junges Auto erhalten, welches gut gepflegt ist. Die vorhandenen Dellen waren auf dem Übernahme Protokoll festgehalten. Die Übergabe des Autos ging rasch und freundlich. Am Schalter mussten wir nach unserem Zeitgefühl zu lange warten, bis wir den Schlüssel erhalten haben, ich habe die Reservation ja bereits online ausgefüllt. Wir würden wieder bei Local Auto mieten.

Is was good, but I have a big trouble because in the page say, accept American express, but in the rental office, they don t accept that card, and was the only card I have to use the deposit over 800 euros. And the deposit is obliged, so I need to pay the secure all risk and it cost 350 euros and the deposit another 100 euros. That 100 euros was give back when I drop of the car. So the rent cost 350 more euros then I was expecting.
