I forgot to take my driving license/credit card with me, am I eligible for a refund?
With all due respect, if you have failed to provide the following documentation:
- valid driving license;
- valid ID or passport (if necessary);
- a credit card under the main driver's name with enough available funds;
- international driving permit (if necessary);
- or any other necessary document mentioned in your rental conditions
you will not be able to get a refund (the booking will be considered as non-refundable).
