How do I withdraw funds from the E-Wallet to my original payment method?
Please sign in to your User Profile or register.
In the Bookings section, find your active booking, click "Overview", and then Cancel.
A modal window will appear, asking whether you want to keep the funds in your E-Wallet or have them refunded to your card.
Select "Refund to card", and the funds will be returned to your original payment method within 10 business days.
