      We offer an option to amend your booking at least 48 hours before your rental is due to start. Alternatively, you can waive the cancellation fee by choosing the Compensation Voucher option when cancelling a booking.       What is the Compensation Voucher value?
      The Voucher value is equivalent to the amount charged during the original booking of car rental services. The Voucher may be applied within any car rental services that are part of the Booking Group system. Payment will be eligible for published car rental prices only. The Voucher cannot be used to pay other fees, for example ‘local taxes’, relating to other car rental services. The Voucher has no cash value and does not annul cancellation policy terms and conditions.

      What is Compensation Voucher?
      Compensation Voucher is a unique code that can be requested at the time of cancellation at least 48 hours before a rental is due to start. It can be applied towards your future bookings made through EconomyBookings.com. Your Compensation Voucher is: equal to the full amount of prepayment you have made at the time of booking; valid for the next two years from the date it was issued. It will expire after 24 months and cannot be extended; applicable to any car rental location, rental provider and car type of your choice; usable once or more than once in cases when Compensation Voucher amount exceeds the amount of your next car rental prepayment.

      What is your cancellation, amendment, and refund policy?
      Cancellation policy for fully prepaid bookings and deposit/partially prepaid bookings If you cancel your booking 48 hours or more prior to your pick-up, you will be refunded minus the cancellation fee of 60.00 EUR*. If your prepayment is less than 60.00 EUR*, you will not receive a refund. If you cancel your booking less than 48 hours before pick-up, you will be refunded minus the cancellation fee of 150.00 EUR*. If your prepayment is less than 150.00 EUR*, you will not receive a refund. If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before pick-up, you will not receive a refund. No refund will be applied for unused rental days. You cannot cancel your booking if your rental has already started. You can cancel your booking in My Bookings section or by sending a cancellation email to: reservations@bookinggroup.com. *Or the same amount in USD/GBP at the exchange rate on the cancellation date. The product is non-refundable in the following cases: You did not inform us about the cancellation of your booking prior to your pickup. You failed to pick the car up at the arranged time and date. You failed to provide the documentation that is required to pick the car up. You failed to provide a credit card with enough available funds and with the main driver's name printed on it. *In all of these cases, you’ll receive no refund of the money you’ve paid. The car rental company reserves the right to refuse the car to any customer who fails to arrive at the scheduled time and date with all necessary documentation and a credit card in the main driver’s name with enough available funds for the car’s deposit. Amendments You can amend your booking in „My Bookings” section at website at least 48 hours before your rental is due to start. Please note that if you decide to amend your booking you will be charged an Amendment Fee of 18.00 EUR. If you have purchased Cancel Protection you can amend your booking without Amendment Fee up until 1 hour before scheduled pickup. Please note that any amendment such as amendment of pickup or drop-off location, car group, rental period and driver’s personal details may affect rental price which may be different from what you paid initially. Please note: prices are based on the pick-up and drop-off times and dates that you arrange before your rental starts. If you pick the car up any later or bring it back any earlier, you will not receive a refund for unused hours or days.

      I forgot to take my driving license/credit card with me, am I eligible for a refund?
      With all due respect, if you have failed to provide the following documentation: valid driving license; valid ID or passport (if necessary); a credit card under the main driver's name with enough available funds; international driving permit (if necessary); or any other necessary document mentioned in your rental conditions you will not be able to get a refund.

      How long does a refund take?
      We will do our best to process your refund in the shortest amount of time possible. On average refund takes up to 14 business days depending on your card provider. Due to the high season, the refund might be extended and can take up to 21 business days.

      How can I apply my Compensation Voucher? Are there any limitations?
      To apply your Compensation Voucher, please visit the web version of EconomyBookings.com and select your desired location, dates, and car. Next proceed to the payment step and find Compensation Voucher checkbox under the Price Summary section. Please enter your Compensation Voucher in the field that pops up. When applying Compensation Voucher please note the following: It can be only applied when booking on EconomyBookings.com; It can be only applied to a payment amount mentioned as Due now. It will not be applied to an amount mentioned as Payable at desk; It cannot be used towards Pay on arrival bookings; If the balance available on the Compensation Voucher is less than what you need to pay, you will need to pay the difference using one of the accepted payment methods; No additional fees are incurred when applying.

      My travel plans have changed, how can I cancel my booking?
      If you are thinking about cancelling your booking because of a flight change or any other reason, we advise instead to reschedule your booking’s dates, time, or location. If modifying your booking is not an option, please visit EconomyBookings.com and log into My Bookings section using your active booking number and e-mail. In the top left corner, you will see the button Cancel. Please note that you will not be able to cancel your booking if your rental period has already started.
