Please sign in to your User Profile or register. In the Bookings section, find your active booking, click "Overview", and then Cancel. The funds will get added to your E-Wallet instantly. You will receive a "Your E-Wallet has been credited" email with a "How does it work?" section. Please follow the instructions.

How do I get money to my E-Wallet?

To get money to your E-Wallet, please check the cancellation policy in your voucher, by clicking View Voucher. Online cancellation will be available in the Bookings section of your User Profile: Please go to EconomyBookings.com and make sure to register your account.
