Great experience overall. Check in took a little longer as we had an issue with the car requiring an oil change. I must say that was an upgrade! Once identified I quickly got an apology and a further upgrade. The staff were brilliant and very friendly and as unnecessary as it was they couldn’t apologies enough. Great staff, great car and would highly recommend.

Was provided an upgrade to a Toyota RAV 4, a very pleasant surprise. The car itself was an absolute pleasure to drive- a fantastic experience. Lovely customer service and consideration as we had to return the car late due to extensive roadworks on our journey home. One of my best rental experiences.
