Overall the car was great, check-in a little slow but we were coming from Australia and we were not in a hurry.

Ease of locating the rental booth in Tromso airport. Staff is patience in explaining the important notes to us, even helping us to download the Alton app.

The car was good and the staff was helpful. Normally this would have been a great rental. But then Sixt sent a (false) damage report for a normal wear and tear issue that we did NOT damage.
