Everything was just fine. Service, car, affordability. Will rent it again in future. Very satisfied.

I got a Toyota Corolla Cross. At first I thought it was a downgrade versus the VW T-Roc , we had reserved. But I think this Corolla was a better choice / car. Excellent 4 WD car , which was a safe and sporty driving car, with a good sight on the road.

The staff did not talk through the dashboard controls which bearing in mind this is a new car, different from the the cars we drive and this was an EV, which we have never driven before, would have been helpful. I would recommend renting an EV over petrol/diesel or hybrid in Norway. Staff need to give clear practical advice as to the range of vehicles to new EV drivers as it is not clear to new users that batteries tend to be charged to 80% for battery efficiency and the range they give is for 100% battery charge. The car we requested having read up on the different range of EVs was, as you come to expect to expect from car rental companies, replaced by a similar (albeit less range but with a better boot capacity ) car. We were happy with the car which served our travel needs perfectly. Notwithstanding the staff were very helpful and no doubt would have helped answered any questions. We needed the car for an extra day and the staff were very helpful, accommodating and fair with the pricing which earned them good brownie points when considering recommendations. Drop off was easy .
